Giuliano Bellopede is a Senior leader with 20+ years of experience in Operations and Operational Excellence, who spent most of his career either leading or improving Operations in many industries, with different business models, from commodities to specialties and since 2014 in Pharma CDMOs and Nutraceutics.

During his career within Pharma industry, he worked in APIs, Biologics (included mammalian cells fermentation), Soft Gels, OSD’s and Sterile Fill&Finish Operations.

Since 2010 he held international roles where he fruitfully collaborated with several cultures around the globe and developed a respectful but still synthetic and effective communication style.

Giuliano is a pragmatic and result driven person, who likes managing by example and getting the full involvement and contribution of the team, through authentic support and mutual respect.

Giuliano is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt since 2011 and he started his Lean Six Sigma experience as Green Belt in GE in 2006 and as Black Belt in Novartis from 2008.
