In recent years, as a consultant, he applied the principles of continuous improvement and Kaizen in various projects and industries like automotive, ceramics, and food sectors in Italy and across Europe.

Guglielmo focused since 2020 on Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement projects starting with medical devices for isolating cancer cells.
