È il coordinatore e curatore della struttura operativa e del metodo di Perspective Improvement, della quale è anche Amministratore Delegato. Oltre 25 anni di esperienza nel settore della business trasformation e gestione della Operational Excellence in diversi settori di mercato.
Alessandro is a senior leader with 25+ years of experience in business trasformation and Operational Excellence in multiple markets: automotive, electonics, advanced industrial, security either B2B and B2C.
He hold a Master Degree in Engineering Industrial Automation from Politecnico di Milano and a full Lean Six Sigma path with a double Master Black Belt certification in Operations and Transactional.
He is the co-founder and CEO of Perspective Improvement based in Bologna and Milano, a consultancy firm aimed to support companies to increase their EBITDA and Cash through transformations and growth, taking also advantage of new technologies opportunities.
As OpExc and Data Science Director in Coesia , Alessandro launched and managed a group wide Evolutionary Continuous Improvement program focus on growth revenues, marginality, group culture and overall processes effectiveness. In 2018 he created the Data Science department as a division of Operational Excellence in order to exploit opportunites of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to further improve key business processes. The program born from green field delivered 175M€ net EBIT.
